Method 1

•          You  need to first access the company file and exit all QBs
•         Synch manager icon in the system tray will exit QB Synch manager after right-clicking on it
•         Synch Manager folder will be located and the folder will be renamed to SynchManger.old
•         Now, open QB and then open Intuit Synch Manager
•         As a result, Synch Manager will be automatically created
•          Now, select “Sync now” to synchronize the company data.

Method 2

• Access the server: https://services.int.com and https://datasync.int.com
• In the system, you need to move to Program Data in Synch Manager and delete the “SBConnect.crt” file
• Synch Manager Setup will be run again
• Synch Settings will be reset. Now, follow the path – Help>Manage Data Synch and “Int. Synch Manager” will be reset
• You may incur some issue while uploading the data
• You can also fix the issue by upgrading QB Application. Use the latest version and download the update
• Fix the issue and ensure that Synch Manager is updated. Also, check that the downloaded data is being written to QB Company file
• Company file will be open in QB
• Select the Preferences option and press the edit button
• Integrated applications will be selected
• Company preferences tab will be clicked
